The client will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos and videos for personal use. Any other use of photos or videos, including but not limited to commercial use, requires written permission from NE Ohio Drone LLC. NE Ohio Drone LLC has the right to display the photos and videos on their website, social media, and other marketing materials. The client agrees not to remove any NE Ohio Drone LLC watermarks from any photos or videos.
If anyone wishes to use the photos and videos for commercial purposes, they must obtain a written license from NE Ohio Drone LLC. The terms of the license will be negotiated between NE Ohio Drone LLC and the client in writing before use.
